Shipping and Returns


Forj® Shipping Policy

Orders are sent to our shipment vendor automatically after they are processed through the website.

Order Schedule (all times are EST):

  • Placed before 9:45am: printed that day and shipped the next day.
  • Placed after 9:45am: printed the next day at approximately 10:00am(EST) and shipped the following day.
  • Placed on Friday before 9:45am: printed that day and shipped on Monday.
  • Placed Friday after 9:45am, over the weekend, or Monday before 9:45am: will print on Monday and ship on Tuesday

Multiple shipments:

An order that requires multiple boxes will follow the printing and shipping guidelines above. A multi-package shipment tracking statement will indicate that the order has multiple boxes, but each package will have its own tracking number.

There's no minimum order and all US deliveries ship for free.

Please note than international shipping rates do apply.

Forj® Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Forj®. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please note that the policies below are for online purchases or purchases made at an event from a certified Forj® seller only. Forj® product purchased in-store is subject to the retailer's return policy.

General Returns

Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with the product, it can be returned up to 15 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Email FixitfastwithForj@forj.com describing the reason for the return. Please do not send a product back without a confirmation email. We'll notify you as soon as we receive your item. We'll then inspect it and notify you immediately on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The timing of your refund on credit cards will depend on your card issuer's refund policies. 

Shipping

Forj® is not able to refund the shipping cost for returning product or the original shipping and handling costs. After emailing Forj®) about the reason for the return at FixitfastwithForj@forj.com, the Forj® team will provide a return address for the product along with packaging instructions.

Incorrect Orders / Damaged Product

Eligibility

The Forj® team wants to make sure you received what you ordered and if not, we will make it right! You will be eligible for a replacement product if:

  • If you received the wrong or the product was damaged.
  • If there is a problem with product quality.
  • If there is a defect with the product.

Refunds

Email FixitfastwithForj@forj.com within 5 days of receipt. Describe the problem. Send pictures and details if applicable. If it is determined that you received the wrong product, the product was damaged, or there was a quality defect, you are eligible for a replacement product.

Shipping

If it is determined to be a product problem or defect, Forj® will pay for return shipping. Forj® will do everything we can to have satisfied customers. Please give us the opportunity to Fixit… we think Forj®can repair most anything let’s make sure we continue that by making it right with you!
